Remembering Zev Asher
ASHER, Zev Moses. After an epic fight with illness following a blood stem cell transplant, on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the age of fifty. Zev was one of a kind. He was a respected filmmaker, musician and writer who collaborated on art projects all over the world. Zev had a big heart, a great sense of humour, and courage beyond words. He will always be loved and fondly remembered by his parents Stanley and Sharon (née Segall); his sisters Beth (Fabio Pinzari), and Judith (George Ulrich); and by his partner Joanne Shiller.
